Nice portion. Great price for a recipe I wanted to try. Small size, but plump, mildly sweet without any fish smell. Very clean, double bag packaging. Perfect for a quick stir fry meal for two. I put my scallops with sliced and steamed Oyster mushrooms, green onions and green beans. Added a sauce and baked in my oven to give it a bit of a smoked flavor. I intend to include this in future frozen hauls.
I loved the packaging; it was very secure and practical.
One of the many dishes I use this bay scallops. They are not too small and quite sweet when cooked right. Also added to my favorites to buy on Weee!

Fresh Scallops, delicious, will buy again
I added vermicelli and black beans and steamed it, it was OK. It was quite small.
6 halves of scallops, the first time I bought them there were vermicelli and a small amount of chili which made them taste good. I will buy them again next time.
Bake garlic butter for 10 minutes then add peanuts, fried onions, green onions. It's delicious when eaten with fish sauce, chili, lime, and sugar.
Bake it at 180 degrees for 10 mins with garlic and butter. Turns out good!
The size is a bit small, not as good as the other frozen scallops
Haven't eaten yet, need to add ingredients yourself
