I bought it on sale, it's great! The dried tofu is delicious.
I especially love the fried tofu and dried tofu from Changxing. They are very tender and delicious. You can add them to the braising liquid or stir-fry them. I always buy them together.

Weee delivers 8-ounce Lotus brand spiced dried tofu, which is very convenient.
Stir-fried pork belly with dried tofu is delicious and goes well with rice.
The Lotus brand five-spice tofu, made in Taiwan, was very fresh. I used it with the chives I bought at the same time to make a stir-fry of chives, tofu, and shredded pork, which was fantastic!
It tastes great mixed with shredded onions, or you can mix it with chopped scallions.
I bought the last 4 bags of dried lotus leaves. This brand is the best, delicate, unlike Kwong Kee which has a frozen texture. I like this one the most.
