This salmon sashimi was perfect for temaki sushi. It wasn't too fatty or too dry. It tasted so good with the Ikura and Kaiware Daikon that I also got from Weee.

This is a Japanese product made from Norwegian salmon. It's eaten as nigiri!

Don't know what the quality is. It looks just average from the outside.

I ordered salmon water sashimi for my husband, and wow, it was so fresh. I would 100% repurchase it.

The texture of the meat is relatively chewy, and it is very convenient to make sushi after it has been processed~

There are only 20 pieces so basically you are paying $1 a piece. If you eat this as sashimi it is probably cheap. But if you are like me, cooking this as a dish of grilled salmon, it is a little expensive. I have tried using the Coho 2-2.5 lb sashimi grade salmon which is only 1.5X in cost but 3X in quantity. Unfortunately I have to admit that these salmon slices seem better. It is not easy for me to cut up the big piece skin-on salmon into salmon slices like this.

Doesn’t taste like salmon, won’t repurchase

I used it as an ingredient for hand-rolled sushi, but it was delicious even if it was grilled!
