Not good at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Not at the least bit chewy even chilled or at room temp. Mochi was hard and tasted like cardboard. Couldn’t even finish one and had to throw the rest away.

These are delicious! If you've ever had tapioca pearls in milk or milk tea, these are reminiscent of that flavor and texture. I put mine in the fridge and had as a nice cool treat.

The texture is not soft and squishy like one would expect with mochi, but rather kind of stodgy and chewy. Kind of like a boba ball that is slightly undercooked. Because of that I was disappointed at first, but the ube taste is nice and as long as you can accept the fact that the texture will not be like mochi, it’s a decent pick. 6.5/10
