I think I received something with a short expiration date. I'll use it soon. (Expires July 5, 2026)
The expiration date is about six months! That's plenty.
I received a product with a best-by date of about a month. It's so big, I'm shocked that I won't be able to use it all in a month.
It was disappointing that it wasn't on sale even though the expiration date was approaching, but I still bought it because I feel Japanese cake flour is reliable.
I'm going to be making cookies to sell soon, and I decided to use this flour that I'm used to using.

I didn't know which American flour was closest to the Japanese flour, so I bought some. It was great for fried chicken, stew, cookies, etc.
I'm so happy to be able to buy Japanese cake flour here.
