I ordered something too sweet, and the preserved mustard greens were soaked in clumps of lard, with a distinctly American porky taste. I'd give it a 70 out of 100; I probably won't buy it again.

Recommended. The saltiness is just right (slightly sweet). The preserved mustard greens flavor is quite strong. The difference from regular braised pork belly with preserved mustard greens is that the pork isn't thickly sliced, but rather cut into smaller pieces like Dongpo pork. The meat is tender and juicy, not dry. It's a combination of Dongpo pork and braised pork belly with preserved mustard greens.

It tasted very ordinary, with no hint of pickled mustard greens. The meat was mostly okay but a few pieces were very hard, so I only ate half of it.
