Matcha Purple Rice

The bread tasted good, soft and fresh. The dark purple sticky rice was really good, not overly sweet, reminded me of a Thai dessert. The cream cheese took some getting used to. Altogether, it's a yummy bread. Too bad they rarely go on sale.

Not much taste. Cream cheese filling was okay. I don’t really this combo. Kind of dry for me. The bread itself had no taste. The filling is only in the middle. So you’re left with the plain bread.

I can smell the matcha fragrance from the bread. The bread is a bit dry but I don’t mind. I like the purple rice and cream filling. Not too sweet compared to other brand. Wish it had more filling though.

This is really good with hot coffee. Very chewy, soft and not too sweet. I’ve never had purple rice before, the filling paired with cream cheese is very yummy. The bread is bland and you can’t really taste the matcha though, it would have been perfect if the bread is a little sweet.
