The ZAKU Akatsuki Gyuto Knife is a precision-crafted all-purpose chef’s knife designed for power, balance, and versatility in the kitchen. Its longer blade makes it ideal for a wide range of tasks, from slicing and chopping vegetables to breaking down meat and filleting fish. The razor-sharp edge delivers smooth, effortless cuts, while the blade’s thin yet sturdy profile ensures precision without compromising strength.
