Duck breast great quality. Just salt and pepper.

Did a fancy dinner for me and my bf that we both enjoyed. I grilled the duck breast and added a rosemary, cranberry red wine sauce to it. It was amazing. It's hard to find duck breast in grocery stores, usually you have to buy the whole bird.

This duck was AMAZING but only enough for one good sized portion because it cooks down... the layer of skin and fat rendered a lot of grease and we saved it because it's good for frying.

Have to remember to put slicemarks thoughout to maintain crisp skin. It is thick. Gosh this is delicious, especially when rubbed with orange pepper

Duck breast is fresh and great quality. I've made braised duck noodles. It’s very yummy!!
