Chin-Su is my favorite Vietnamese chili/hot sauce. I have been using the original for years. I recently started using the Pho variety because I think it has a little more depth of flavor than the original. It is especially good on spring rolls. Weee! has cheaper than my local market.

Perfect pair for my homemade Pho! Exactly flavor of Vietnamese chili sauce, sriracha can’t compare in this case to my taste!
