Thanks to its moisturizing and cleansing ingredients, which quickly "float" and envelop oil-based makeup, you can easily remove eye makeup without rubbing, keeping the eye area fresh and moisturized. How To Use:

• Shake well before using
• Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton pad
• Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds
• Wipe gently, without rubbing. The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard
