Gorgonzola is related to, or a type of blue cheese. Yes it does look moldy just like real blue cheese. If you order a garlic and gorgonzola pizza you had better find the (moldy) cheese on it or you have been robbed. Smells great, tastes delicious. Good for cheese lovers who like to try other flavors. Will buy again.

10 inch (25cm) Gorgonzola blue cheese pizza with the crust filled with gouda cheese.

Cooking Direction

(A) Oven 1. Preheat & bake at 446°F(230°C).

2. Remove FROZEN Pizza from freshness wrap.

3. Place the pizza directly on the center oven rack and bake for 10~12minutes.

(B) Microwave

1. Remove FROZEN Pizza from freshness wrap.

2. Place on a microwavable plate and microwave for 5~6 minutes. (Based on 1,000W)

1. Defrost the FROZEN Pizza at room temperature for 1hour.

2. Drizzle cooking oil on a pan and bake the defrosted pizza for 10~12 minutes with low heat.
