The House of Suntory's HAKU Vodka is made of 100 percent Japanese white rice, then filtered with bamboo charcoal, which gives the vodka a soft, mellow flavor. Though the Japanese word for "white" in its literal sense, "haku" also has many other meanings due to the subtleties of the language. In addition to "hakumai," which means white rice, "junpaku" is an unmarred brilliance that describes HAKU's floral nose that evolves into a complex rice flavor. Finishes smoothly. 

Best enjoyed on the rocks with a bit of water added, or neat. Pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine, so enjoy this with sushi, sashimi, or a strong fermented fish.
