This moist financier combines the rich flavors of butter, almond powder, and honey with the mellow flavor of high-quality Uji matcha.
Each financier is substantial at approximately 33g, making it perfect for a light snack or as a treat with tea.
*Matcha financiers contain honey, so do not give them to infants under 1 year old.
