It says it's level 5 spiciness, which is the spiciest level, but I have no idea if it's spicy at all. I think the spiciness is mild perhaps because it is a Japanese product. Each cube can make about 1 serving of curry, and it is packaged in 2 bags of 4 cubes each. There are a total of 8 cubes. It dissolves easily in water and tastes good.
