HK Diamond Lava Slice Cake

A good size for its price. Personally not my favourite golden lava cake but its very filling!

Why is salty cheese on sponge cake so good?? I’m surprised how much I liked it! Definitely needs a drink to wash it down but that should be the only way to consume this kind of sponge cake.

This is a very soft sponge cake with a mild cheese flavor to the crust. It’s a little larger but perfect for sharing with a cup of tea!

This cake was soft and spongy, yum! I was surprised by the slightly salty, cheesy exterior - that must be the lava they’re talking about. But it was very yummy!

A pretty big piece of cake. Taste is decent and cake is not like sponge cake but a little firmer.

So good! It’s like a sponge cake with a bit of cheese on top. Soft, fluffy & perfect sweetness. Will definitely purchase again!
