Sichuan Ice Jelly

I really like this Sichuan jelly because it’s less sweet. The lighter sweetness makes it more refreshing and lets the natural flavors stand out. Perfect texture and super satisfying 😊definitely one of my favorites!

This dessert is yummy. It’s packaged so you can customize how much sauce you want. I’ve never had it before the Sichuan name initially threw me off thinking this is a savory side dish but it’s a yummy jelly soup treat.
