Great bitter melon leaves for cooking
Perfect for monggo
Can't wait to cook ginisang monggo with this!!!
If there's no fresh dahon ng ampalaya around, I just buy this frozen one. Whichever frozen or not, it must have some bitterness. Tropics ampalaya bittermelon leaves are perfect for nilaga soup, ginisang monggo or tinola. Very rich in Vitamin A and C, iron and other nutrients. The bitter the food the better you get used to it lol.
So so good! I made monggo and added these leaves; great price and quality!
Good product and will order more
