Thawing it thoroughly reduces cooking time. The seasoning is just right, and the monkfish is plump and tender. It's enough to feed 2-3 people. (Assuming you add vegetables like bean sprouts and water parsley.) It's not much different from the price in Korea, so I think the price is reasonable.
Is it delicious!!? It's delicious because there's no fishy smell and the meat is chewy! I don't like starch? sauce, so I just put in the sauce and stir-fried it until it was simmered, and it was spicy but just right.
This is the best agujjim in my life. I don't think I need to go to Korea. It's really chewy and springy and there's a lot of it.
