I take one pack every day with hot water. Sometimes I put some chopped celery in it. It tastes really good and I don’t feel hungry after drinking it.

If anyone doesn't like oat milk, they will like this yam multi grains cereal, just add boiling water and it's done, it's a bit salty and very tasty!
