It's really delicious, you can fry it without adding oil
I got these today and I already ate one. They are pretty big. I put it in a loose foil tent to warm in the oven. Then for the last few minutes I uncovered it so the outside would get toasty. Very good that way.
It's ok, the dough is fluffy and not as oily as the frozen scallion pancakes.
