I ordered it because I thought I would use it often and waste less since I can just squeeze it out and use it when cooking without any preparation.
This is already my third order! I am very satisfied with this item because it is not too salty and can be used in many dishes.
It’s so easy because you don’t need to prepare it separately! I made avocado pollack roe bibimbap, and the seasoning was just right with just sesame oil and pollack roe. Since the product is in a tube, it’s best to eat it within a week once you open it, but it’s enough for 4 people. I think it can be used a lot for pollack roe pasta, pollack roe omelets, etc., and it’s neat and nice because you can finish it all at once without having to divide it into small portions in the freezer.
Takes a few minutes to thaw when You take it out of the freezer but it’s great!
Since it's frozen, it's inconvenient to have to eat it all quickly once it's thawed, but it's delicious when mixed with mayonnaise and spread on bread or mixed with rice.
The taste is good, slightly spicy, a little on toast is enough
The pollack roe tubes don't get thawed when frozen, so you'll probably have to eat them all within a few days of thawing. I think you can cook about 4-5 servings. It's delicious!!
I put it in the freezer because it said to be frozen, and it doesn't get salty when I eat it. Oh. I dug up a little and tasted it, and it was delicious.
