Lightweight, thin pan suitable for grilling.
This baking pan is incredibly useful! It's so convenient for frying meat, tofu, eggs... and most importantly, it has a large surface area, so you don't have to worry about oil splattering everywhere!

Haven't used it yet, just keeping it as a backup. Will repurchase indefinitely, will replace it every six months or so.
Light weight pan. Do not use metal utensils to cook in this pan and the max heat is medium. Standard criteria for non stick pan.
