So perfect for hotpot. Delicious, cleaned, seasoned, and smoked very very well. An essential for cold hot pot days

the smoky flavor is not bad. although the pork bung is too fatty and if you don’t trim off some fat, it may be too greasy. perfect for hot pot or eat alone. once in a while to satisfy craving is fine. 😊

Boiled in hot pot. Great smokey flavor. There are fats inside the tube so if one doesn’t want to consume too much fat, it is easily removable.
