Not very flavorful on its own. It’s a good base to add flavorful stuff on top

Came as shown in the photo and tastes even better than I thought it would. Got this for a girls night with my sister to snack on and not only did we have a great girls night, but also enjoyed the easy step-by-step process to make the clay pot as well. It was really quick and simple and we also loved that we didn’t have to boil any water since everything comes inside the clay pot! When I thought pickled vegetables, I was assuming like a sour taste, but it actually tasted more like it was seasoned in salt and pepper. If you’re assuming it’s a pickle-like taste, be warned, but it is still really good! Wish it did come in a bigger size so that I could use this as like a possible potluck product with family and friends to try! Will be re-purchasing again!

Good but too spicy for me. However, I love that I can prepare this in my room, lol. Very convenient and my rice was fluffy!
