Was expecting the bean curd to have more layers. But it still tastes pretty good.

The fried tofu bean curd is soft with solid texture. Even though it’s fried, it is not puffy or hollow inside!

So good! If this is cooked right it can taste like a really good vegan chicken substitute. Cut it up and put it in soup or stir fry. When you add soy sauce and broth it tastes even better. It’s plain with no spices but that’s a good thing. You can build up your own taste

Imperial Taste Fried Bean Curd from Weee is excellent, in my opinion. The texture is soft but chewy, oily, and taste good in your mouth. It is good to stir fry with mixed veggies, chopped garlic, then seasoning with oyster sauce. Yum, yum!!!
