1. Mixed roasting:
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, oil temperature is 70% hot;
Add fully cooked fried tofu and side dishes.
Add the blended juice;
Stir well.
2. Juice collection:
Stir continuously for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, reduce the juice over high heat, and remove from the pan when the juice thickens.

Minimum cooking temperature requirements to decrease the risk of food borne illnesses：
Beef, Pork, Veal & Lamb Steaks, chops, roasts

Reheat cooked hams packaged in USDA-inspected plants to 140 °F (60 °C) and all others to 165 °F (73.9 °C).
