      Great quality. No old funky meat taste. Diced up and cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce, sweet soy, cilantro & green onions with some fresh sliced onion on top. Serve with rice…Yum!!!

      I always add this to any of my cooking specially Asian. Without it something is missing. The Umami! I even drizzle it on my rice to make my meal even better. (In the photo I added it in my sinigang and Springroll mixture.
