Good tasting mayonnaise!

It's delicious because it's udon noodles, so it doesn't feel like it's cut thinly. It feels like kalguksu noodles, so you have to boil it a little longer than regular noodles, but it's convenient because it can be stored at room temperature, so I think I'll buy it again next time.

This sesame oil that we have been using at home can be used for cooking noodles or making cold dishes.

I garnished it with wakame seaweed and spring onions, which I also purchased, and topped it with tsuyu and wasabi sauce. It was a simple and delicious lunch.

I love this rice so much. It it from the area where I grew up in Japan. Makes me feel like I’m back home because of that. The rice cooks very nicely and it is very high in quality.
