The texture is amazing. It may taste a bit strange when eaten alone, but it is very suitable for soup or fried eggs! I made a thick fried egg with spinach and tomatoes, which is delicious and convenient.I feel that it can be extended to make pasta skin or filling, which is also good hahaha
