Good packaging! The texture is so weird or am I confused sago's texture. I thought it would similar to tapioca pearl, which is quite chewy. But this is completely opposite. It has crumbly texture like agar with too much water mixture. It's not chewy like tapioca, not crunchy like agar. It doesn't taste good at all. Also, I can’t find expired date. So I don’t know whether the pearl is not in good condition and quality or it’s a different type of sago pearl and it should be crumbly texture

When I purchased these items I had a plan...and this dessert was truly delicious. The tapioca paired very nicely with the bananas, nearly stealing the show. Sweet caramel flavor. Perfect for the boba lover, but so good on ice cream or combined with fruits from the tropics.
