Wonderful with soup

First time purchase. The fish maw, shiitake mushroom with can abalone came out good. Need to prep the fish maw a day or two before by soaking and boiling with ginger. Today’s dish is about 6 pieces of various lengths and size from the package.

Fish maw looks good after soaking! They are quick thick. I am going to make soup with them 😁
