I like it best when it’s ripe. This makes it sweeter. I’m very happy with this purchase. Will repurchase.

    • This is my first time ordering and trying this brand and kind of cured pork. I cooked them for breakfast, it tastes really good. It's almost similar to a breakfast sausage. It is perfectly seasoned, i didn't have to add salt but i added a ground pepper. We add pepper to all our food. Definitely will reorder.
