Cooking Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches about 70% of its maximum temperature, then add the beef and scallion sections. Stir-fry for 20 seconds.
2. Add the sauce and continue to stir-fry quickly. Adjust the amount of sauce according to personal taste, and you can also add salt for extra flavor.
3. Continue stir-frying over high heat until the sauce thickens. Quick stir-frying helps maintain the texture of the beef.
