Very bad! Taste doesn’t like wagyu beef at all😡dont waste your money

I bought these for $70 (on sale) which was a great deal for A5 wagyu, especially those imported from Japan. I noticed that there were big chunks of fat from on some of the meat, so I cut them off and used them to grease the pan instead of cooking oil. It’s not a big deal to me since the remaining meat still tasted decent.

A5 beef shank? I've never eaten A5 wagyu beef with so much tendon.
