How to Prepare: Thawing & Cutting Guide
Thawing:
- Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (24–48 hrs)
- Or submerge vacuum-sealed pack in cold water (4–5 hrs)
- Avoid microwave or hot water
Cutting Tips:
- Slice while still slightly firm
- Steaks: 1–1.5" thick across the grain
- Yakiniku: 2–3 mm thin slices
- Rewrap and freeze unused portions immediately
