Arrived frozen and well-packaged, which I appreciated. However, the meat was quite tough, it took hours to soften and even then, it wasn’t as tender as expected. I’m hoping it was just a one-off and will be better if I repurchase.

Comes frozen but was absolutely fresh when defrosted, reasonable amount for its price.
