      Fifteen eggplants, different sizes, arrived in a chiller bag, appreciated that because it was a very hot day. They were all fresh and firm. I couldn't wait and made Lamian Laksa noodles dinner and added plenty of eggplants. Admittedly not the usual topping for Singapore style Laksa, but I love eggplants and any vegetables in a coconut milk based soups is a winner in my book. All ingredients purchased on Weee!
