A lot of Japanese cuisine use this. hence, I got it to try. I want to make chicken oyakodon

I use it as a secret ingredient in stir-fries, hotpots, sauces, curries, etc. It's now a staple in our home. I'm glad I can buy it in the US!

I bought it because it was cheaper than the supermarket nearby.
