Not different from the udon I bought from Seiyu in Japan. Would recommend boiling for 7.5 min if one wants their noodles to be a bit chewy.

This is delicious. For cold udon. Smooth and chewy. Thin, thin noodles. Excellent ingredients.

It takes 8 minutes to boil, and then you have to cover it and let it sit, so it's a bit tedious...

I enjoy eating it. Japanese udon has a nice texture and is perfect for eating in a zaru udon or hot udon.
