This kombu dashi is made with two types of kelp: sweet Ma-kombu and clear-flavored Rishiri-kombu, creating a mild taste that enhances the natural flavors of ingredients.
 Includes a recipe booklet, "Cooking Guidebook" (one per delivery address).
Perfect for takikomi gohan (seasoned rice), yudofu (hot tofu), and simmered dishes.
