Boneless Beef Chunk Short Ribs 1.5 ポンド

I initially bought them for soup (I love to use rib meat in soups and stews), but then decided to marinate and grill them. Some of the slices are quite thin so might wanna go easy on the marinade with those so as not to oversaturate them. The thicker slices came out tasting the best.

Cooked with some spice ( black pepper, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce), at end, added leak. Total cooking time about 40 minutes. Meat is quite tender.

I believe this is my second or third time buying these, usually very good and they even cook well in the air fryer in steak mode. Today, I defrosted them in the fridge and noticed a foul odor when I began to wash and trim the fat. The meat is rancid. I may buy these again in the future, but for now 1 star as the smell is still in my nose.

The worst quality of beef ever purchased from Wee. The meat smells old and disgusting. I don’t feel safe to eat it. Throwing in the garbage. I can’t request any refund since it was past the 2 day customer service deadline. Do not buy. Shame on Wee for selling such bad products. What a waste!!
