Ninong's Ube Pancake Mix 1 lb

First time purchased. Can’t wait to make it

Not too sweet & subtle ube flavor. A bit dense & chewy in texture (reminds me of mochi). More like a dessert for me. Saw post of someone trying waffle version & definitely trying that (Imagine this would be good with some Magnolia ice cream on top 😋)

I like it. It's different than regular pancake. This had more chew, smelled earthy, and a little sweet. I only needed cold butter with each bite. Next batch I will try with coconut ice cream.

these are good, if you make it by the box it's about 10 pancakes. we ate it with condensed milk mixed with ube jam on top 👍

Bought several of these on sale because our family loves ube. Made these the first time as instructed... but they came out flat. Added egg to the next batch and they came out higher and fluffy. As for taste, not really much ube taste. However, tasted good with the yema spread I had on hand. I'm sure it would satisfy our ube craving if we had some ube halaya spread on top.

Good to try especially when it’s on sale. Chewy texture and not so sweet.
