    • The milkfish was marinated with ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt for an entire afternoon, then coated with sweet potato starch and fried in oil. It was incredibly delicious!

    • I was very satisfied with my last purchase, but it took a long time to bake on a hot day. I didn't want it this time. I cut it into 5cm thick pieces and used an air fryer. The result was also good. I didn't have to wait for a lot of people to eat it. It was great.
