My new found noodle and I can use it to make anything I want.

The availability of bitter melon, also known as ampalaya, on the Weee platform significantly enhances my customer satisfaction, as it is a preferred vegetable that I enjoy eating.

This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

Long time no eat, the taste is not the same as before, just to stave off hunger. Whoever buys it, remember to boil it thoroughly before eating.

The grains cook up fluffy and separate, not mushy or sticky. Delicious, satisfying chew.
