Yummy!!! The dumpling skin is soft and not tough. I am very picky about the shrimp dumplings. This one is not bad for frozen dim sum. The shrimp inside is good. Of course, it won't be like what you will find at a dim sum dine-in restaurant, but it's pretty close and really not bad! I will buy this again! It must be steamed. Do not microwave it.
