Sticky rice cake with purple potatoes flavor but not too sweet.

These are soft and fluffy, and just faintly taste of purple sweet potato. I think they would be better air-fried or grilled, as I only steamed it, which made them a pleasant texture but likely not as flavorful as they could be. They are not sweetened at all, and less sweet than a purple sweet potato on its own. The packaging also has a lead warning (prop 65), so be cautious if you are pregnant or nursing.

Easy to prepare, chewy

Not bad. Will buy it again.
