Very satisfied with the product!

This will be the last time I order this Korean radish kimchi. I’ve ordered it before, but this time it’s completely different. The radish is soft and not crunchy at all, and the young radish greens (yeolmu) are over-fermented and completely mushy. Very disappointing.

Was okay but too mature taste for me

Rating is for the most recent order. 2 stars because of lack of quality consistency and customer support. This was the 2nd I order this exact product. I loved it the first time trying - the flavor and texture was on point; not overly sweet, had a nice spicy kick and very crunchy. The most recent order I got however, the radish was completely soggy and mushy. You can see the picture attached - the fork went in without even poking. ThenI checked the expiration date - it was May 2026. It supposed to be fresh and crunchy based on the shelf life. Very likely the seal was broken somehow. That means it could be food safety risk. I filed a ticket with Customer Support right away. I was pointed to another webpage to fill out a form and kept running into 'request unable to process' errors. Not sure if they intentionally make it harder for customer to request return/refund. Then just gave up. I have been a long term customer and but lately there have been a few quality issues I had to reach out about. Given other options online, and more ethnicity grocery opens in my neighborhood, I would honestly reconsider shopping less frequently here.

This radish kimchi is always good and fresh. Never disappointed!
