This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

Great quality cilantro for Asian cooking household

I bought it a while ago, but never used it. I ran out of satay sauce. Today I tried this satay, wow. It goes really well with pork belly and fish balls.

The Vietnamese latte recipe on the back also works well with milk made from powder (first photo) and oat milk (second photo).

many days later and still fresh. these were my test to see if I will start ordering greens from weee. looks like I will.
