I was very satisfied with my last purchase, but it took a long time to bake on a hot day. I didn't want it this time. I cut it into 5cm thick pieces and used an air fryer. The result was also good. I didn't have to wait for a lot of people to eat it. It was great.

They are good quality,juicy and sweet.

The milkfish was marinated with ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt for an entire afternoon, then coated with sweet potato starch and fried in oil. It was incredibly delicious!
